Join us this December for our fun and festive family Christmas experience. Step inside our Merry marquee for lots of festive activities for everyone on the nice list! We have two different options;

The main building/cafe will be open from 11am – 5pm, serving food and drinks and access to our Indoor Play is included with every ticket either before or after your event
(depending on the time of your event).

Food and Drink
WITH MEAL -Whichever event you attend, you are sure to be well fed and watered! All “child” and “adult” tickets include a two-course (main & dessert) meal with all the trimmings plus tea, coffee or juice. Any dietary requirements must be stated at the time of booking.
WITHOUT MEAL – There will be unlimited tea, coffee & diluting juice for both children & adults throughout the event in the marquee. Food will be available to purchase in our café before or after the event (11am-3pm)
Ticket Options & Pricing
This event is pre-booking only and everyone attending this event must purchase a ticket. The booking system will first ask how many Child and/or Baby tickets you require, then you will be asked how many Adult tickets are needed on the next page.
Baby Ticket – £9.00
For babies* who are too little to take part in the elf activities. Includes visit with Santa & gift. Does NOT include food or activities. *We suggest that activities are suitable from age 18 months but this is just a guide. If you’d like your child to take part in activities and have food, please book a “Child’s” ticket.

Please read the following information carefully. By purchasing tickets to this event you are agreeing to, and accepting all Terms & Conditions.

- This event will take place in our festively decorated marquee with all the same Christmas magic & fun. Events WITH FOOD are 2 and half hours long and events WITHOUT FOOD are 75 minutes long from your entry time. These times are approximate. Please allow the full time for your visit.
- Dinner events will likely finish after 7pm so a “Breakfast” or “Lunch” event is advisable for those with younger children.
- The order in which your group takes part in each activity (including your visit to Santa) is planned out in advance of your visit and cannot be amended on the day. Simply sit back, relax and enjoy the magic of the day.
- Please read all information on the Event Page (on the link below) before placing your booking.
- If you want to sit together – you must book under one booking. We are unable to merge bookings.
- Every person who wishes to attend must have a ticket (except babies without a gift from Santa).
- When making your booking you will be asked about the children’s tickets first then the adults tickets are on the following page.
- There must be at least one adult and one child per booking.
- Any changes to your booking or cancellations will incur a £3.50 admin fee.
- Bookings can be cancelled, with a full refund up until 14 days before your event. After this time, no refunds, reschedules or vouchers will be given.

- No refunds, re-schedules or vouchers will be given for any attendee unable to make the event on the day due to sickness, travel conditions or any other reason.
- If The Cocoabean Company cancels the event for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund.
