Join us this December for our brand new, family Christmas experience. Step inside the charmingly decorated main building for a delicious feast of breakfast, lunch or dinner and lots of festive activities for everyone on the nice list!

Adults are asked to stay at their table as much as possible throughout the event. Children will be accompanied and guided by their “elf” during all activities.

Food and Drink

Whichever event you attend, you are sure to be well fed and watered! Your meal will vary depending on which event you book for. “Breakfast” events will include a full cooked breakfast, and choice of pancakes, croissants, pastries, yoghurts etc. plus tea, coffee or juice. “Lunch” and “Dinner” events will include a two-course (main & dessert) carvery style meal with all the trimmings plus tea, coffee or juice.

All food will be brought to your table shortly after your arrive. All food must be pre-ordered and any dietary requirements must be stated with the pre-order. Food pre-order forms are available below. Please complete one form per person in your group (excluding babies). Your food order must be completed no later than the Monday of the week of your booked event. Excluding events on the 21st, 22nd & 23rd which must be completed by the Monday of the week before your event.

Other Important Info

Terms & Conditions

Please read the following information carefully. By purchasing tickets to this event your are agreeing to, and accepting all Terms & Conditions.
  • Each ticket has a 10 minute arrival slot (you will find this in your confirmation email). It is important you arrive on time and within your 10 minute slot. If you are late, you may have to wait until the rest of the bookings have arrived before we can seat you. This will also have a knock on effect on the rest of the visit.
  • Due to current government guidelines, only children aged 11 and under may take part in this event. Any children aged 12+ attending must purchase an Adult Ticket and cannot partake in any of the children’s activities.
  • Adults are asked to stay at their table as much as possible throughout the event. Children will be accompanied and guided by their “elf” during all activities.
  • There will be no outdoor or indoor play provided at this event. 
  • There must be no more than 6 adults (and/or children aged 12+), from a maximum of 2 households in your group.
  • This is a seated event, where every family is allocated their own table so for group bookings, you MUST book your tickets together in one transaction if you wish to be sat together. Table layout’s & configuration’s CANNOT be changed on the day under any circumstances.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please read the following information carefully. By purchasing tickets to this event your are agreeing to, and accepting the Cancellation Policy.
  • Bookings can be cancelled, with a full refund up until 7 days before your event. After this time, a reschedule will be offered where possible or a voucher issued for the equivalent amount.
  • No refunds, re-schedules or vouchers will be given for any attendee unable to make the event on the day due to sickness, travel conditions or any other reason.
  • Please check dates and times carefully before booking as we are unable to accomodate attendees who arrive on the wrong date or time slot.

 

Covid-19 Information
Please read below to understand more about what we are doing to keep you safe during your visit.
  • We will be adhering to the most up to date and relevant government guidance pertaining to the Covid-19 pandemic at all times during the event.
  • The number of attendees are limited and must all be pre-booked.
  • There are staggered arrival times to reduce queueing when entering the building.
  • All children’s activites will be scheduled throughout your visit. You will be given full information and timings on arrival.
  • Adults are asked to stay at their table as much as possible throughout the event. Children will be accompanied and guided by their “elf” during all activities.
  • We cannot accept bookings from anyone travelling from an area that is currently under government restrictions that do not permit travel.
