Food and Drink

Whichever event you attend, you are sure to be well fed and watered! All “child” and “adult” tickets include a two-course (main & dessert)  meal with all the trimmings plus tea, coffee or juice.  Any dietary requirements must be stated at the time of booking.

 

Ticket Options & Pricing

This event is pre-booking only and everyone attending this event must purchase a ticket. The booking system will first ask how many Child and/or Baby tickets you require, then you will be asked how many Adult tickets are needed on the next page.

 

Child Ticket – £32.95

Includes all activities, lunch and visit with santa & luxury gift

 

Baby Ticket – £8.00

For babies* who are too little to take part in the elf activities. Includes visit with Santa & gift. Does NOT include food or activities. *We suggest that activities are suitable from age 18 months but this is just a guide. If you’d like your child to take part in activities and have food, please book a “Child’s” ticket.

 

Adult Ticket – £24.95

Includes a 2 course meal and tea/coffee/juice.

Terms & Conditions

Please read the following information carefully. By purchasing tickets to this event you are agreeing to, and accepting all Terms & Conditions.

  • Our event will take place in our festively decorated main building with all the same Christmas magic & fun. This event is 2 and half hours long from your entry time. Please allow the full time for your visit.  Once the 2 & half hours is over you must vacate the building.
  • This is a seated event, where every family/group is allocated their own table so you MUST book your tickets together in one transaction if you wish to be sat together. We cannot merge bookings after the booking has been made. Table layouts and configurations CANNOT be changed on the day of your event under any circumstances.
  • Every person that is attending this event MUST purchase a ticket. Any person arriving on the day of the event without a ticket will not be permitted entry.
  • There must be at least one adult and one child per booking.
  • Please check dates and times carefully before booking as we are unable to accommodate attendees who arrive on the wrong date or time slot.
  • Please arrive promptly at the time you have booked. If you are late, you may have to wait until the rest of the bookings have arrived before we can seat you.
  • We require the details of every child in your group. Please check you have entered the correct spelling, date of birth and gender before submitting. Any changes made after the time of booking will incur a £2.50 admin fee per ticket.
  • Dietary requirements must be stated at the time of booking. Failure to notify us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking may mean we are unable to accommodate on the day of your event.
  • We strongly advise against the resale of tickets without contacting us in the first instance. If you choose to resale your tickets without contacting us first, we cannot be held responsible for gifts having the wrong name/being age or gender inappropriate.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please read the following information carefully. By purchasing tickets to this event you are agreeing to, and accepting the Cancellation Policy. 

  • Bookings can be cancelled, with a full refund up until 14 days before your event. After this time, no refunds, reschedules or vouchers will be given.
  • Any amendments made to a booking (including cancellations) will incur a £2.50 admin fee per ticket.
  • No refunds, re-schedules or vouchers will be given for any attendee unable to make the event on the day due to sickness, travel conditions or any other reason.
  • If The Cocoabean Company cancels the event for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund.
